  • Offer a Licky Mat with a spreadable treat (e.g., peanut butter or yogurt) to promote self-soothing.
  • Provide a Kangaroo Tail chew as a calming activity during downtime.
Managing Anxiety Triggers
^
  • Use the Thunder Shirt during mild stress events (e.g., being left alone briefly or during quiet car rides).
  • Give Calming Treats 30 minutes before a known stress trigger (e.g., storm, vet visit, fireworks).
  • Reinforce positive chewing behaviour with Kangaroo Tails after training or playtime.
  • Introduce Aussie Dog Fetch It for a healthy way to channel nervous energy.
Reinforcing Calm Behaviours

  • Increase wear time for the Thunder Shirt, using it for longer stress-inducing situations.
  • Continue using the Adaptil Collar as part of daily anxiety management.
  • Teach calm settling techniques by rewarding relaxed behaviour with the Licky Mat.
  • Use Fetch It play sessions after stressful moments to provide a positive outlet for energy.

Long-Term Anxiety Management

Sarah & Charlie

"Charlie was struglling with leash pulling and jumping on guests. After this course, he’s walking calmly on a leash and greeting people politely. Huge improvement!"

James & Bella

"Bella used to bark at everything and had trouble settling down. Thanks to the training, she’s much calmer, and we feel more in control as owners!"
